All sales are final  — once customers make a purchase, they will not be able to return that item for a replacement or refund.

We operate with a 1-2week processing time on average. 

Once the item is shipped, you will recieve a communication confirming the order has been sent and a tracking number. Orders may take longer to arrive due to variables outside of our control.

Lost or Damaged goods can be replaced at half-cost with proof (picture of damaged goods or confirmation from UPS).
